MAISON de SABRÉ offers this Website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following:

The Terms apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If the Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to the Terms.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of the Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Promotions and Discounts
MAISON de SABRÉ will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. Sales, promotions, and discounts will be announced via marketing channels and will not be honoured outside of the specified sale periods.
If a discount code is valid, it is the customer's responsibility to apply it to their order at checkout. MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable or obligated to apply any discount codes once an order has been processed.
If a product has been sold with a discount, it cannot be returned unless it is proven and deemed faulty.
All sale items and products purchased from The Outlet are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items unless stated otherwise.
All gifts with purchase items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are offered as complimentary additions to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. Read more about the terms and conditions relating to gifts with purchase in our Return Policy.

You acknowledge that MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable or responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the Website. You acknowledge and agree that MAISON de SABRÉ has no liability of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to any claims arising in any way from your use of the Website, by virtue of the information provided or contained on the Website.
You acknowledge that MAISON de SABRÉ may, from time to time, improve or make changes to the Website to upgrade security, update information, or for any other reason in MAISON de SABRÉ’s sole discretion.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the protection of your electronic equipment when accessing or browsing the Website and unreservedly hold MAISON de SABRÉ harmless in respect to damage sustained to your electronic equipment or losses incurred by you as a result of the Website.
Intellectual Property
MAISON de SABRÉ uses the words ‘MAISON de SABRÉ’ as a trademark in Australia (‘Trade Mark’). You are not permitted to use the Trade Mark or any other trademarks that belong to or are licensed to MAISON de SABRÉ or any of MAISON de SABRÉ’s Intellectual Property, which includes but is not limited to copyright material, confidential information, designs, and other content located on the Website without MAISON de SABRÉ’s prior written authorisation.
The information, images, and text on the Website are copyrighted to or licensed to MAISON de SABRÉ. Trademarks used on the Website to describe other companies and their products or services are trademarks that belong to or are licensed to those companies (Other Trademarks). The Other Trademarks are displayed on the Website to provide information to you about other products or services which are used by MAISON de SABRÉ via the Website. You agree not to download, copy, reproduce, or in any way use the Other Trademarks without authorisation from the owner/s of the Other Trademarks.
You acknowledge that you are expressly prohibited from using the phrase ‘Maison De Sabre’ or any part of the Website domain name without the written consent of MAISON de SABRÉ.
Shipping & Handling
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are usually dispatched the same day. If you have placed an order over the weekend, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your order has been received, you will receive a tracking number via email notification. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking details to be updated with our carrier. Sale and holiday periods may cause processing delays.
Delivery
Parcels using tracked shipping methods will be tracked through to delivery. Please ensure you check with your local carrier for order updates after dispatch from our warehouse.
MAISON de SABRÉ will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address or as a result of electing a "safe drop" delivery service.
Shipping Delays
MAISON de SABRÉ is not responsible for shipping delays and cannot provide refunds for delays once an order has been dispatched.
All deliveries within Australia and New Zealand are sent exclusively via Australia Post. From the time your parcel enters their network, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.
While we will always assist in tracking and supporting your shipment where possible, MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable for delays caused by the postal service once the parcel is in transit.
Return to Sender
MAISON de SABRÉ is not responsible for items returned to sender for the following reasons:
- Incorrect/insufficient address;
- Unclaimed from the post office;
- Failure to pay taxes/customs fees and/or duties; or
- Closed shipping lanes.
If a package is returned to the sender or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email info@maisondesabre.com to arrange redelivery. In this instance, we can only offer to resend the original item or replace it with a store credit; we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that you may be liable to pay for postage costs.
The Client Services team will provide as much assistance as possible to trace a missing parcel; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their local carrier.
Shipping Timeframes
Australia:
- Australia Post Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days for Metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional areas. The cost of standard shipping is FREE on orders over $100.
- Australia Post Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days for Metro areas and up to 7 business days for regional areas. The cost of express shipping is FREE on orders over $300.
Please note that these timeframes only include transit time from when your order has been picked up from our fulfillment centre. Public holidays impact delays.
New Zealand:
- Our New Zealand orders are dispatched with Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days. The cost of Standard Shipping is FREE on orders over $100.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days. The cost of Express Shipping is $15.
Please note that these timeframes only include transit time from when your order has been picked up from our fulfillment centre. Public holidays, changes to global shipping timeframes, limited freight capacity, and various worldwide restrictions may impact delays.
Taxes/Duties and Custom Fees
As MAISON de SABRÉ currently services orders within Australia and New Zealand, international customs processing does not apply to Australian deliveries.
For orders shipped to New Zealand, parcels may be subject to inspection and assessment by New Zealand Customs. Any delays resulting from customs clearance are outside the control of MAISON de SABRÉ.
Duties and taxes may be payable where applicable under New Zealand regulations. The current duty threshold is NZD 1,000. If the total value of goods shipped to one address on the same day exceeds this threshold, the shipment may be held for assessment. The amount payable, if any, is determined by New Zealand Customs based on the nature and declared value of the goods.
Any duties, taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. MAISON de SABRÉ is unable to pay or reimburse these charges.
If applicable customs charges are not paid and the parcel is abandoned, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, MAISON de SABRÉ will not be able to provide a refund. Customers are responsible for contacting New Zealand Customs directly to determine whether duties or taxes apply to their order.
Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. MAISON de SABRÉ makes every reasonable effort to ensure that stock quantities displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date; however, we are not liable where a product is unavailable at the time of checkout.
MAISON de SABRÉ reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any product offered on the Website.
Technical errors, system updates, or simultaneous purchases of the same product by multiple customers may result in unintended stock discrepancies.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, MAISON de SABRÉ will notify the Customer by email as soon as reasonably practicable and advise on the available next steps. Where applicable, an alternative product may be offered, or a refund or store credit may be issued at the discretion of our Client Services team.
Branding
All MAISON de SABRÉ products are branded with the MAISON de SABRÉ logo in gold foil. This applies to all monogrammed products regardless of the selected personalisation foil colour.
Colour and Imagery
MAISON de SABRÉ endeavours to ensure that the colours, finishes, and patterns of Products shown on the Website are represented as accurately as possible and are faithful to the original items.
However, variations may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the technical limitations of digital displays, screen settings, device configurations, and colour reproduction capabilities on the Customer’s equipment.
Accordingly, MAISON de SABRÉ cannot be held liable for minor, non-material discrepancies, errors, or inaccuracies in photographs, imagery, or graphic representations of Products displayed on the Website.

We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Response times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, or public holiday closures.
Use of Website
You acknowledge that your use of the Website is undertaken at your own risk and you unreservedly indemnify MAISON de SABRÉ from any responsibility in respect of information or content listed on the Website or any linked Websites not controlled by MAISON de SABRÉ.
You agree not to engage in any activity that is disruptive or is detrimental to the operation or function of the Website. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or profane material on the Website. MAISON de SABRÉ may prevent you from accessing the Website if, in MAISON de SABRÉ’s sole opinion, you have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms.
Terms of order
Changes and Cancellations
MAISON de SABRÉ will not change any monogramming and is not liable for incorrectly placed orders. We ask you to double-check your order before finalising your payment.
Once an order has been finalised on our website, we’re unable to amend or cancel your order under any circumstances. We do not offer a cancellation cool-off period.
Please note we will not personalise an order with any profanity.
Price
Prices displayed on the Australian website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Australian taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
MAISON de SABRÉ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or part of the Website at its discretion and without prior notice. We are not liable for any price adjustments, modifications, or discontinuations, and we do not offer price matching or retrospective price adjustments on completed purchases.
As the Australian website services customers within Australia and New Zealand, orders are processed in AUD. For New Zealand deliveries, duties or taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Website Store
You acknowledge that products displayed on the Website may not be available for purchase at the time you access the site. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.
Return Policy
If you change your mind, unpersonalised products may be returned in exchange for a store credit. All personalised pieces are final sale unless proven and deemed faulty. Faulty items may be replaced with a new product or store credit at the discretion of MAISON de SABRÉ. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Any and all returns on faulty products will only be approved at the discretion of MAISON de SABRÉ.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable for incorrectly or accidentally purchased and/or personalised products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- NOT be personalised;
- Unused and in its original condition;
- In the original packaging, and
- Not be on sale and/or purchased from The Outlet.
If your product meets all the above requirements, you must submit a request for return within 15 days of confirmed delivery. After this 15-day period, all sales are final unless you are lodging a Warranty Claim based on our Warranty terms.
Shipping costs for approved returns shall be covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
To lodge a return, you will need to contact the Client Services Team to obtain a Return Authorisation number. Once you have received your Return Authorisation number, you will then need to download our Return Form to fill out and enclose it in your package.
All gifts with purchase items are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the rare event that a gift with purchase item is proven to be faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit. To initiate this process, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns Policy for The Travel Uniform
At MAISON de SABRÉ, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow our returns policy below:
Return Period
You have 15 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Security Tag: The security tag must be intact and must not be removed or tampered with. We will not accept returns if the security tag is removed or tampered with.
- Faulty/damaged item.
Faulty Items
Faulty items may be replaced with a new product or store credit at the discretion of MAISON de SABRÉ. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Any and all returns on faulty products will only be approved at the discretion of MAISON de SABRÉ. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable for incorrectly or accidentally purchased products.

Please reach out within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Provide a description of the issue, along with photos and proof of purchase. After this 15-day period, all sales are final.
Return Authorization:
Our Client Services Team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Once you have received your Return Authorization number, you will then need to download our Return Form to fill out and enclose it in your package.
Shipping:
Shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Inspection and Exchange:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be replaced or exchanged for a store credit.

Returns Policy – The Raffia Resort Collection
Each Raffia Resort Collection creation is handwoven with meticulous care, utilising natural materials. Due to the exclusive nature of the collection, limited quantities are crafted, and a unique return policy and conditions are applied.
Change of Mind
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds as a result of a change of mind. This includes returns based on the natural characteristics of natural raffia, such as colour variation, irregular texture or subtle differences in weave. Its delicate handcraft is one of the Raffia Resort Collection’s most exceptional attributes, and such design elements are not deemed faulty.
Faulty Items
All MAISON de SABRÉ pieces arrive with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Faults in materials and craftsmanship under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
- Natural raffia variations in weave, colour tone or structure
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care
- Water exposure, humidity damage or environmental factors
- Alterations or repairs not conducted by MAISON de SABRÉ
If your item is deemed faulty under this warranty, we may offer a replacement of the same product or a store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are not available.

Returns Policy – The Palais Bag
Each Palais Bag is crafted with meticulous care and presented in a signature presentation box. The box is considered an integral part of the product and forms an essential element of the brand experience. As such, a unique return policy and conditions are applied.
Return Condition
- Palais Bags must be returned with their original presentation boxes intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the presentation box is missing or damaged.
- The presentation box forms part of the product presentation and must always accompany the bag in any return.
Faulty Items
All MAISON de SABRÉ pieces arrive with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Faults in materials and craftsmanship under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear

Pre-Order
All pre-order items are a reservation of the product and will be dispatched from our Fulfillment Centre. Shipping details for all pre-ordered products will be displayed on our product pages and/or in your shopping cart prior to purchase. Your confirmation email following order placement will also notify you of estimated shipping time frames for pre-ordered products.
We are unable to split orders even if you have selected an additional item that isn't on pre-order. Your order will ship in full once all items are available and in stock.
Expected shipping and delivery times for pre-orders are an estimate only. You will be notified of any changes in expected shipping and delivery timelines.

Security
MAISON de SABRÉ may, from time to time, implement or update technological measures to enhance the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Website. By continuing to access or use the Website, you agree to cooperate with any such measures as reasonably required.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review and remain informed of any amendments to these Terms. Continued use of the Website following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Privacy
MAISON de SABRÉ is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users and will take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information collected is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information where necessary to enable you to utilise the Website and its features effectively.
While MAISON de SABRÉ endeavours to safeguard personal information, we reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other government bodies in response to any lawful request, court order, or legal obligation requiring the disclosure of personal information.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of MAISON de SABRÉ’s Privacy Policy.
Viruses
MAISON de SABRÉ uses its best endeavours to ensure the use of the best technology to protect its Users, but accepts no responsibility in relation to any damage to any electronic equipment used by you, including mobile devices, as a result of your use of the Website. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the protection of your electronic equipment and unreservedly indemnify MAISON de SABRÉ from any responsibility in respect of damage to any electronic equipment as a result of your use of the Website.
General
If any part of the Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, you authorise MAISON de SABRÉ to amend or sever that part of the Terms to make that part legal and enforceable or to ensure that the remaining parts of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
You acknowledge that MAISON de SABRÉ may vary the Terms and you agree to be bound by that variation from that time when that variation is advised. You understand that it is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms so that you are aware of any variations which apply. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and any variations to the Terms.
Warranty
12-Month General Warranty
Our General Warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship faults across all MAISON de SABRÉ products.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care of the leather. Natural changes in leather over time, including softening, creasing, or minor variations in colour, as well as hardware discolouration, are not considered manufacturing faults.
How to Lodge a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:
- The order must have been placed directly through our official website.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Clear photos showing the manufacturing fault must be included.
Without sufficient evidence of a manufacturing defect, the claim may not be approved.
To begin the process, please contact our Client Services Team at info@maisondesabre.com, including your order number and detailed images of the concern.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, the item will be replaced. The warranty period remains tied to the original date of purchase.
Warranty Period
- Orders placed on or before 31 January 2025 are covered under our previous 6-month warranty.
- Orders placed after 31 January 2025 are covered under our updated 12-month General Warranty.
The MAISON de SABRÉ warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
Personalisation Warranty
Each personalised piece is individually finished by hand. While we uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, minor variations may naturally occur.
Our Personalisation Warranty covers only stamping defects that fall below MAISON de SABRÉs quality standards. If you believe your personalised item has a stamping defect, please contact our Client Services Team as soon as possible.
Notification must be made within 15 days of confirmed delivery and must include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Claims submitted outside this period may not be eligible for review.
Where a defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced or issued as store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not available for personalisation defects.
Please note that the gradual fading of personalised monograms over time is considered normal wear and tear and does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
MAISON de SABRÉ Luggage Collection Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

MAISON de SABRÉ is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our carry-on luggage. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It is designed to give you complete confidence in your purchase, ensuring that you can enjoy your MAISON de SABRÉ luggage for a lifetime.
Warranty Coverage
Eligibility
- This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the MAISON de SABRÉ luggage.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
Warranty Period
- The Lifetime Warranty covers the product for its entire usable life.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
- Structural damage, such as broken handles, zippers, or wheels, that impedes the functionality of the luggage.
What is Not Covered
- Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the luggage, such as scratches, scuffs, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, including aging and material breakdown over time.
- Damage resulting from airline handling or transport incidents.
Warranty Service
In the event of a manufacturing defect or structural damage covered by this warranty, MAISON de SABRÉ will replace the luggage with the same model or a model of equal value at no cost to the customer.

MAISON de SABRÉ reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under this warranty and if a replacement is necessary.
Limitations and Exclusions
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the luggage.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the luggage is used and maintained according to the provided instructions.
- Any attempt to repair or modify the luggage by unauthorized persons will void this warranty.
